1. How to Place an Order
Select your preferred model and pay a USD 500 non-refundable deposit to reserve your upcoming shipment slot.
The deposit will only be refunded if production cannot proceed due to manufacturing quality defects.
Full balance payment must be completed prior to shipment.

2. After Order Confirmation
We will lock in your delivery timeline, arrange all accessories, commercial invoices and relevant documents.
Complete full balance payment before your order is dispatched.

3. Production Schedule Policy
All small-batch custom orders are manufactured on a first-come, first-served basis.
Urgent production requests are available for priority scheduling (extra surcharge may apply, please consult our team for details).

• Do you ship globally?
We provide worldwide door-to-door delivery.

• What’s covered in shipping?
All prices include full door-to-door delivery, unloading service is excluded.

• Is unloading included?
No. Clients need to provide an accessible drop-off spot. All redelivery fees from address access issues are paid by clients.

• Who is liable for unloading?
Clients must hire insured professional unloading crews. Full unloading video footage is required to sign for delivery.
Any damage during unloading is the client’s responsibility and not covered under our product warranty.

• Can I self-install the tub?
Yes. Our quick-setup design lets 1–2 adults complete installation in about one hour.

• Do I need professional lifting help?
If hoisting is required, clients must hire insured qualified lifting crews and record full video of all installation steps.
All damage arising from self-install or third-party lifting is the client’s responsibility and excluded from warranty coverage.

• What’s included in the warranty?
Main steel structure has a 10-year warranty (starts on delivery date, excluding intentional damage & force majeure). For accidental non-man-made panel damage: we supply free replacement materials, customers pay all labor fees.

• Which terms have priority?
Signed formal contracts and supplementary agreements override website FAQ terms where relevant.
